I’m Nick Kamrada — Tampa Bay real estate investor, founder of 27 Properties, and creator of the One Call Away Community, a space for both new and experienced Florida wholesalers to collaborate on deals and receive direct coaching and support.

Since doing my first deal in early 2021, I’ve built 27 Properties into one of the top wholesaling companies in Tampa Bay by focusing on one thing: finding off-market opportunities direct-to-seller.
